FormToMe is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses create interactive marketing content (quizzes, calculators, surveys) to collect leads. The Service includes:

  • Website crawling and content analysis
  • AI-generated interactive content

  • Analytics and integrations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Register using a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Collect data without proper consent
  • Send spam or misleading content

5. Content Ownership

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.

5.3 Lead Data

You own the lead data collected through your content. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when collecting and using lead data.

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Free tier: Limited features and usage
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormToMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
